Community Service Work Program

•Mowing Crew Service Areas: Raywick City Park, St. Joe Community Center, Bradfordsville Sewage Plant, Bradfordsville School, Gravel Switch City Park, Gravel Switch Fire Department, Lebanon City Landfill, Marion County Fair Grounds, ASCS Office, Marion County Public Library, Dave Hourigan Judicial Center, Adult Education Center, Rescue Squad, VFW, Marion County Water District, The Caring Place, Sportsman’s Lake, Loretto City Park, New and Old court Houses. The inmate crew mows approximately 30 acres of public land across our county under the supervision of MCDC officers. •Commodities: Inmates and staff assist the Marion County Community action with the distribution of commodities. Operates 2 times a month.
•Marion County Recycle: Operates 5 days a week. •Marion County Road Department and Sanitation: Operates 5 days a week. •Marion County Ham Days Festival: Inmates and staff assist with setting up and cleaning afterwards. Takes place in September. •Washington County Recycle: Operates 5 days a week •St. Joe Community Center Picnic: Inmates and staff assist with setting up and cleaning afterwards. Takes place in June.
•Marion County Animal Shelter: Operates 7 days a week. •City Park: Operates 5 days a week. •Lebanon Recycle: Operates 5 days a week •Raywick Homecoming: Inmates and staff assist with setting up and cleaning afterwards. Takes place in July.
